But CNN got a document filed in New York that shows the "Game of Thrones" actress and the Jonas Brothers singer have made a temporary deal to keep their girls, who will be born in 2020 and 2022, in the United States. Turner wrote in her plea from last week that the now-divorced couple had tried for a year to find their "forever home" in England and that they had both agreed to move there before the marriage ended.
Turner said in her plea for their kids to go back to England that she and Jonas met on or around September 17 and talked about a plan for their kids to go back that week. Turner also said that Jonas wouldn't give the kids' papers to her.
